A fake postcard which,in the heat of nostalgia for summers past,I slapped together in about twenty minutes.Yes,yes,I know,all of you living in the Midwestern States/Great Lakes area,you're saying that Six Flags is still open. That may well be,but Marriott's Great America closed in 1984. And the place was never the same after that.

The Gurnee, IL. Great America was taken over by Six Flags.
The Santa Clara, CA. Great America was taken over by Kings Entertainment, then Paramount, and then Cedar Fair.
