Description
When I got my computer fixed, I was really excited (for some reason) and I downloaded Adobe Illustrator 10. It took me about 10 minutes to realize that I didn't know how to use it..so I downloaded Photoshop Elements 4.0 again.I drew this picture in a rush, and I was testing out different ways to color hair. I think this picture is kinda creepy..so I'll move it to scraps later. >_<;

I think the hair and the eyes were beautifully done. You might think its creepy because maybe the top of the hair is a little too high? I don't know. Nice job still :3
