Its been a while since I've had some time to work on personal art. Had some big changes in my life on top of an already busy year. I finally have my own apartment, my own private studio, and hopefully I can finally settle down and focus more on my personal work.My girlfriend and I picked out this little studio, though she hasn't moved in, we consider it "our studio" and we celebrated by getting a new record player as both of us enjoy listening to vinyl.
I like to collect limited pressings of colored vinyl which is why the record in the illustration above is not your stereotypical black vinyl.

Sir, I would like you to know that I hung this picture by my drummer's drum kit, which is straight across from my vinyl player and vinyls. The irony here is my band's name is your shelved vinyls. So thank you for making our band's existence, I guess more of a pun in my own basement ^-^

as a big fan of your work cubecrazy i am really excited to see a new piece from you. and love how the record player in the piece has some real life meaning with the record player you and your girlfriend have. amazing as always. i hope someday ill be as good as you.

Thank you so much wolfgirl! This was a fun one to make. Its hard to see but there is a lot of detail in the record player itself. I made look just like ours at home
