it's a youtube chanel called "screw attack" it's actually pretty good even though the fight is only like 3 minutes long
from what i've heard of the MUSIC of both games i imagine a cross over wold be very good music wise

I just watched the video, they did get the way to measure an ArcSys character's strength right (4 belts vs 18)
The music of both games is mostly composed by Daisuke Ishiwatari, who is also behind a lot of the designs and story of Guilty Gear!
