Description My second tutorial! I don't know how many people use these two filters, but maybe this will inspire and/or hopefully help you!

Wow, every time I see tutorials on photoshop and see what difference those filters make, I feel like I should start using photoshop o.O'

Hmm, I don't know if it still applies, but there was a free, legal version of Photoshop CS2 obtainable from Adobe for a while that you could test if it's still available!

Yeah, I remember that an arts teacher at school mentioned that once... it was a few years ago though, but I guess I could go check it out ^-^
