I finished my Jade cosplay! I am actually really pleased with how the skirt came out, seeing as it's the first thing I've ever made entirely from scratch.I'm wearing this to tomorrow's London Film And Comic Con along with a set of the other Beta kids. If you see me, come say hi!

Oh gosh thank you! <3 I'm actually not entirely sure which fabric I used as when I buy fabric, I tend to buy what feels/looks right rather than any particular sort. I think it was meant for furniture though so it doesn't curl or fray and it's pretty indestructable..

Wow, what a great cosplay! You did a wonderful job on the skirt; the way you pull of this cosplay makes it seem so natural, and that's a great thing to see in the Homestuck kids, in my opinion. I don't know if that makes any sense, haha... But this is gorgeous! Awesome job.

The skirt is FABULOUS! I love how it is seriously pencil straight. There is seriously, like, no wrinkles at all. That is amazing.
