Description
So my son wanted to break out his Gir costume for Boston Comic Con. I washed the suit made some new gloves, gave the head a new coat of paint and put some new batteries in for his eyes. Then I figured what the heck and we downloaded some soundbites of Gir and I hooked up a mp3 player to a waistband amplification system and he walked around the convention making Gir sounds with the press of a button. He was a huge hit. We heard a rumor there was a Dib at the convention and we were lucky enough to run into him and get a picture. My son was lucky enough to get his picture on Boston.com under boston comic con so it was pretty cool. I have to say he was a hit we got photo bombed everywhere we went and they went nuts when he talked.
