If you thik about it. Alot of the places in OoT have explainations for the music playing there. The windmill, R2-D2 at Bombchu bowling, Ganondorf's Organ, Temple of Times choir. Beleive me its there.Link,Navi>Nintendo

This totally does explain it! Also, the music from "Lost Woods" is obviously played by Saria.
But what about Hyrule Field? Where does that triumphant music come from?!
