Description

I decided it would be fun to make my friends and I as pokemon. To get the process started I first asked them what type they thought they would be and their favorite animal. I asked for their favorite colors as well to incorporate into the color palette. Then I got to work sketching out designs and poses. Once I was happy with it I got to work creating the finished artwork of their pokemon. I liked making all of these and I hope you like them too!
Oh, also I’m referring to my friends by code names to keep their real names secret.

This pokemon was based on me.
Unlike Misty I know how to swim and absolutely love it. If I could turn into a mermaid I’d do it in a heartbeat. So obviously I made myself a water type which went well with my favorite color, blue. I didn’t know what other type I should be so I asked my friends and they said electric. I used a yellow fin tuna because I liked the yellow stripe they had across their body and thought it would work well with an electric type.
This pokemon is sometimes seen casually swimming along coral reefs before they swim back to deeper waters. When approached by a predator, such as Sharpedo, they charge their body with immense electricity and release it in one giant burst that paralyzes the predator and launches the tuna away at speeds of 50 miles per hour.
