So, here's Quint from Rockman II and V (I think he's in Rockman II). I've decided to spice up these lone character images with backgrounds and words, so you people won't get so bored looking at them in front of plain white space (if you compare this image to my previous Mega Man character portraits).By the way, I've finally finished all the Mega Man robot masters for up to Mega Man 8, and I recently finished Earth (Terra) and Mercury from Rockman V... and now I get to vork on Venus, who looks boring to draw. I mean, Venus looks like the lovechild of a yellow Toadman and some weird insect centipede/cockroach thing.

So uhm, quint is supposed to be a childish version of megaman ? (I mean MORE childish ?)

He's from this Megaman GameBoy game called Megaman II
Basically, Wily stole a Time Machine and traveled 37 years into the future, where it is now peaceful and Wily was not seen from there. Wily then abducted Future Megaman and remodified him into Quint, as well as gave him a Jackhammer-like robot weapon called Sakugarne.
So he's like a corrupted Evil Megaman from the future.

Quint is totally the Green Mega Man from Captain N isn't he? I mean look at him. Green armor. VISOR! I bet he would even have the scratchy voice if he had any audio.

I absolutely love your linework! It's really tight but especially your CGing skills - they're top-notch. Have you ever put your skills to use in anything MegaMan related? I mean aside from just doing art for fun?

PS. Did you do that in Flash or Illustrator? I do all my MegaMan vectors in flash and have achieved a similar effect sometimes but your CGing is much more detailed than mine so I'm wrondering.

I'm not sure how you are with having your work posted on other sites, so I have a potentially strange question for you.
Mega Man MUSH, an online text-based roleplaying game, has a wiki up with information and articles about characters and events. I play Quint at this place, and was wondering if I could perhaps use this picture for Quint's profile article. If not, no worries -- I have other pictures. This is just the one most accurate to what I used for the colour scheme and general facial expression in my description. I'm sure you've noticed how no two pictures of Quint have quite the same colours.
