He's a character from a comic series called Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, written and drawn by Jhonen Vasquez (the guy who would later go on to make Invader Zim).

  Apparently his name's actually Todd (which is perfect).

I do kinda recall a series of minigames we came up with, though.

Including this one:

 (She "saves" crayons in this one.)

Another one that was designed involved Obby collecting (or saving) music notes.

Not sure if you were thinking of those, but that's what my mind snapped to.

Well... I don't recall anything about that. I'd go back and try to look for it myself, but for some reason Google+ has become super laggy and borderline nonfunctional on this old laptop of mine.
