Advanced Critique:
Its gorgeous, digital perfectly synced with a traditional look!
It looks painted with a pen, but not somehow... almost as if it was carved with charcoal on natures leaves. The eyes are stunning, but the color does lapse out of the lines here and there. The tail is also just a bit to big, but all in all, a wonderful piece and addition to Deviantart.

For the paper texture, I just used Goggle stock and set the layer opacity to about 43%, then set the layer to 'Overlay'. I think that that's why it looks traditional

haha, yes, mostly on the chest! And I agree with the tail. It was a little big
