that's just a subscriber feature, sadly enough.
you see the little window at the very bottom right of the comment box, with "thumb" written over it? copy the code pasted in there and, if you get a subscription someday, paste it in your journal.
I wish they would make stamps available to normal deviants too... it's so unfair!
