hi im hoping someone can help me, i have an idea for a tattoo but i need someone to draw up a uk police clown (corporate clown) is what i call em. i need it big enough to fill the right hand side of my right leg i want him to look really silly and holding a stun gun and a batten oh he has to have the classic tit on his head and a day glow wast cote. really hope someone can help me thanks in advance
