The last 3 seem to be fairly popular, so here's another one. This time with some much more immediately recognizable characters and some more lesser-knowns.from left to right:

April O'Neil from the 80's-90's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon (her hair is a bit weird once you look t it for awhile. either that or her her is misshapen)
Brooksie and Nina from Between Failures

For this specific one, no. I'm not passing it out anymore. Specifically so I can cover my ass due to some muddled legal stuff. In the cartoon, both of them are 15 well into season 4.
The one for her at age 18 can be found here . Starfire had one hell of a growth spurt over the course of 2 years, as that's her official height (6'4").
All you really have to do is tweak her the back of her hair and her height to get her to look like the pic above.
