Lucius art is a photoshop plug-in filter, I think you can purchase on line for like $75 bucks...and it just a lot of fun to play with, makes everyone look like a superhero!

Oh..it's gone up a bit since I got it...but I think worth it, you will have so much fun with it...and just very cool affects that really can really change an image from something ordinary to very twisted and special!
