Description WHAT IS LOVE,
  THAT WE SHOULD ASK?
WHAT IS LOVE,
  THAT WE SHOULD ASK
FOR LOVE?

IT'S NOT THE KIND OF A THING
  THERE SEEMS EVER  TO BE
ENOUGH OF.

LOVE;

IT'S LIKE THE WIND IN THE TREES,
IT'S LIKE THE FLOWERS AND BEES,
IT'S LIKE THE SUN IN THE SKY.
WHY DO WE CRY,
  FOR LOVE?

WELL, IF YOU WANT IT TO STAY,
YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT AWAY,
DON'T PUT IT ON A SHELF,
DON'T KEEP IT TO YOURSELF;
- IT'S LOVE.

much better for me.
I wrote it when I was attending SHSU in Huntville,Tx
in my much younger days.
I've allways been amazed that those words came
to me. Thank you very much again, I'm glad you like it so well.
'am going to put up more of my poetry soon.
Is there a section for "demented humor"? If not could one be started?
