Claire [Final_Memories] as Dr. Sheldon Cooper, Sarah [Overshaded] at Howard Wolowitz, Kelly [TiraMisuSH] as Penny, Vicky [Sanguinet] as Dr. Rajesh Koothrappali, and myself as Dr. Leonard Hofstadter from The Big Bang Theory. One evening when I was very bored I arrived at the UTTERLY BRILLIANT conclusion that my friend Claire is very tall and lanky like Sheldon, whereas I am very short and derpy like Leonard. Once I realized the full implication of this coincidence, I knew there was no way around it: Our cosplaying from Big Bang Theory was pre-ordained. Text messages were sent, friends were sucked in, Goodwill was visited, wigs were chopped up into truly tragic hairstyles, and on Friday, February 12th, 2010, Sheldon, Howard, Raj, and Leonard could be seen wandering through the crowds of lesser nerds at Katsucon, poor Penny in tow. The recognition we got was AMAZING, even if it was mostly people trying to wrap their heads around why four attractive girls had transformed themselves into a hapless bunch of mouth breathers who posed as awkwardly as possible whenever asked for a picture. Personally speaking, it was pretty awesome to pencil in 1" thick eyebrows, squint my eyes, and purposely look bad in photos, LOL. I think everyone involved has agreed that this group needs to happen again and again and again, because OH GOD WE LOVE THIS SHOW.
