In the last illustration from the story of the birdgirl and mouseboy, the two young skunkboys were being chased from pest control just because they happened to annoy half the town. In the latest illustration we see that the blond haired skunkboy has been captured. Will the brown haired one get caught next or will he be able to escape. Only time will tell what lies in store for our two stinky heroes.Related content

Not much he can do with them wearing gas masks.
I don't know what the proper course would be. The blond one was always less than thrilled with the idea of what he was getting lead into. Maybe now he will have the chance to get turned back.
On the other hand if the other skunk is caught to he could be changed into something else, but if he keeps fleeing well he'll escape which is good I guess as well.
Hmmm the moral here is the one who let his animal instincts go into full effect had a better chance of getting away. The irony being these same instincts got them in trouble in the first place lol.

I doubt that the people who captured blondy have any intention of changing him into something else. As far as they know this is his normal body and that he was born a skunkboy. Since he is unable to communicate with them he cannot tell them otherwise. So what they have planned for him is up in the air. Yes, following his skunk instincts and running away on all fours did help the brown haired skunkboy to avoid capture (for now). But he still has the problem that he cannot communicate with others. And what will his skunk instincts tell him to do next? That remains to be seen.
