Moar paintings yay!
I was really having fun with Smokey - yet as you know I had some difficulties in choosing which one of his color schemes should I choose
but as you see I chose the old one, since I did Bee with his old colors too and because I have to admit that I like these colors better.
Thanks for all who voted in my poll anyways!
I was also about to paint his face from front, but I couldn't find any good refpics that would've been interesting enough to paint
and then I found this absolutely adorable side-view of him!
I mean look at that face! <3
no don't look at those optics because I failed them! and not the picture quality either XD

Also may i ask what kind of watercolor paper you use? and how do you keep it so it doesnt go all wrinkly? uwu im a noob here ehehe

well I actually use rotogravure paper (150g or 250g) which is soft and thick
and usually used in graphic art
but basically any watercolor paper works - the color and the surface texture is up to you to choose
the secret of keeping it smooth - is to tape it down carefully from all sides while painting ;D
