Description
Ambrose has 3 living fledglings (vampires he turned) and 1 dead, Celena. Celena was his oldest. He turned her when he was only 500 years turned and they were inseparable. She was looking for a human to turn for her own first fledgling when she was captured and tortured and finally killed by vampire hunters, an organization that would eventually become the vampire hunting branch of the FBI or FBI-V.

This was the last time Ambrose saw her before the sun touched her and she burned to death. Losing her messed Ambrose up. If his youngest, Vera, wasn't still dependent on him, he would have fallen apart. Instead, he held himself together long enough for Vera to get out on her own. Then he began a downward spiral that ended with him hitting rock bottom and being collected himself by the FBI-V, little over 100 years after the same organization killed Celena.

Still working out the cannon and time line around Ambrose's fledglings.
