When looking at how 3DS Toad Circuit could use an anti-gravity section come a time that it's featured as a retro track, the only way that could possibly be imagined is one that's optional, best place for it being in the tunnel: www.deviantart.com/curioususer…
Sadly that did not end up being the case with it's inclusion in the Mario Kart 8 Booster Pack, thus leading to such a missed opportunity with the course.
