Description
This is how I believe the Wooper Line could turn out with a Regional Form in no particular region, where they take inspiration from Spotted Salamanders, they even an exclusive evolution that becomes a Dragon Type.

It's Typing
Since Spotted Salamanders are known to be poisonous, I made these Regional Forms of Wooper and Quagsire Poison Types, in addition to Dark Types as well which can relate to both their colour scheme and what they can be like.

How it Compares to Regular Wooper and Quagsire
These Regional Forms of Wooper and Quagsire aren't that friendly compared to their Regular Counterparts, and they tend to shoot out poison instead of water.
