This is how I believe the Paras Line could turn out with a Regional Form in no particular region, where the sort of mushroom on their back would grant them psychic powers.It's Typing
Since the Mushrooms on this Regional Form of Paras' back aren't big enough, it's Pure Bug, but it gains the Psychic Typing once having evolved into Parasect with a Bigger Mushroom on it's back.
How it Differs from Regular Paras and Parasect
As already stated, the mushroom on this Regional Form of Parasect's back grants it Psychic Powers, plus it's a lot bigger then the one we see on Regular Parasect. As for this Regional Form of Paras meanwhile, I guess it could differ from Regular Paras in the same ways that Galarian Slowpoke being Pure Psychic differs from Regular Slowpoke.

Incase anyone’s confused based on the way I draw the Regional Form of Parasect, the mushroom is definitely on it’s back, simply I hadn’t been able to draw up a side view of the Pokémon.
