You don't know about the Doom novelizatins?! There were four of them published in the 90s. Knee Deep In The Dead, Hell On Earth, Infernal Sky, and Endgame. I liked them, read them several times. You can no doubt find them online for a good price. There's also the Doom 3 books Worlds On Fire and Maelstrom by Mathew Costello. They stray a bit from the Doom 3 story, but they're still good. Only Doom book I don't recommend getting is the one based on the movie. The movie was absolutely terrible. And yet I watched it several times...
