Here is the prompt list I'll follow this InktoberOne word is the official inktober list and the other is a Undertale character, canon or none canon/AU
Will be a little less Sans in it this year (last year half of it was Sans) *cough cough*
New sketchbook and I'll go get new ink and ink pens so I'll post one here everyday
"Paps" for me is Underswap Papyrus to clarify

Also, are you allowed to do a pencil sketch, then outline with ink?

Yeah pencil sketch is allowed. And the prompt list is just for inspiration, do your own thing is always allowed, this is just what I'm gonna do.

You can use a pen too 
Edit: digital inking is allowed too, markers works just as great
