Made a Scandian Shinx.What I think Shinx would look like if it lived in a region based of the Nordic Countries (Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway and Sweden)
Snow Feet is an ability that boost a stat with one stage in hail or hit by an ice move.
A few difference from it's normal electric self:
Is pure ice type
It was bigger paws and a bobbed tail.
They gather ice crystals in their fur to impress each other.
