-No Dali reference there....really.
I fell in love with this pic during editing. I gave it a very small sat. boost, but it made a world of difference. I like the comp. too. --All of these short terms...I don't like that, but some words just make me tired.

Wonderful! Absolutely wonderful. The slight oversaturation of the colors make this picture into a vivid portraite of rusty parts. Despite the amount of stuff in the picture, you've still managed to keep it uncluttered. My eye has no problem wondering over this beaut! Definitely worthy of a favorite, sir Curmudgeon.

Amasing that weathered old stuff seems to take on a sort of beauty shiny new stuff can only dream of aquiring. This seems to go for buildings, tools, landscape, people, everything I can think of.

Considering how "cluttered" this is in terms of objects you've done a really good job balancing out the composition - just right, I'd say. Again though, for me the tones and textures stand out in this - great warm and earthy colours.

The saturation boost was just right.
I love the depth of tones in this shot...it has a wonderful richness to it.
