This is actually really beautiful. I love the sense of action it conveys, and the composition keeps your attention. My only issue is that Elizabeth is supposed to be missing half of her little finger, and have a sewing thimble covering it up. Other than that, this is excellent! Great job!

I haven't played Bioshock but this makes me want to. 
There's a lot of action and motion going on here.
I think I see what you mean about the guy's pose heheh.
Hm, I think to me, the girl's more distant arm looks a bit too small? It's foreshortened though, so it's hard to tell
