crap! i saved it in wrong file extension. i accidentally saved this as a .jpg file instead of a .png file. now it has a bunch of stupid dots all over it. bad quality! x(so i tried coloring with copics. i have to say, it aint my thing. i dont like it. i suck. if i were as good as toounit i would be like "i love copics! yea yea!" but i cant seem to get the quality that he has in his pics. i try editing in photoshop, and it helps but it still looks wack. like miku's hair isnt so cyan in the real version but once i scanned it, it became sooo bright x_x im gonna stick to digital.. photoshop<3
and i wasted soo much damn ink on the balloons and sky. i'm gonna run out of blues and i just got these copics >_<
tools = copic sketch markers, micron pen, touchups in photoshop and psp8
i heard unipin is good for lining. any thoughts?

PS: I finally saw Slumdog Millionare today - and it was AWESOME!!!! (I can totally tell why you like it so much ^_^ ) Even though there were parts that were hard for me to enjoy cuz my mom and her friend kept gasping throughout the *ENTIRE* film >_>

isnt that movie amazing? x3 i love it soo much. and the music too. jaiho! <3 great song at the credits. i gotta buy the dvd when it comes out. it so deserves a spot on my shelf.

Well, my mom doesn't watch too many movies in general (let alone "intense" movies like 'Slumdog' ^_^;; ) She doesn't even want to see the Dark Knight based on what my dad and I have told her about it XD
And I love that song!!! I actually loved all of them 'cept for Paper Planes (that song gets really annoying - fast) Granted the dancing was a little bizarre for me, but if I remember my Bollywood movies - they're really into the dancing craze over in India...
And I don't want to start a long discussion about it - but I was on the forums at imdb.com and a lot of people were bitching about how the movie was racist and a bunch of other BS. It kinda pissed me off because it was like they were trying to make me feel guilty for liking that movie (which I don't, btw)

thx. i have bad experiences with traditional materials in general. i dont like how there isnt a "undo" button or a magical eraser that u can use on mistakes. copic markers are better than ur average crayola markers, u should try them, it might work for u.

copics is an experience like no other. it's a terrifying experience, especially when ur a newbie and hold it for the first time. ur heart beats like every paint stroke is ur last. lol maybe i'm just paranoid. u should try it just for the heck of it.
