how are you friend ? it's sunny in my hometown , even it's hot

I am fine, it is very hot here in my hometown-somewhere around 90 degrees-I will be taking my children to swimming soon because summers are so hot here.

It's Southern United States-typical weather-it can get up in the 100's-which it will today I believe or around there somewhere. We have central air=keeps the house ultra cool-so we stay in mostly when it's this hot during the Summer

l am still taking the Chinese medicines , so bitter , even l can't eat lunch or dinner after taking that
well , l have some problem with my skin for a long time .
taking the western medicines just can ease it . so l have to take some Chinese medicines to get ride of it
