Have chosen the pose i like and drew out wad the stand for the statue might look like. it's actually the armour of a fallen Titanium Man. well half the armour that is. kinda like a diorama to support a flying ironman wit ready repulsors. played around with ironman's overall shape in his pose. i've chosen a less heroic and more dynamic jap pose to it. hope it's ok.. played around as added the mecha wings on ironman to enhance his sihuette. Might not add the wings fearing it would not feel ironman enough. well.. all that's left is to to do up a rotation of this picture. and figure out the design on his back and Titanium man.and i'll be ready to start sculpting this figure! anyway would luv to hear you guys comments first.

Anyway, huge Iron Man fan, and I have to I was really surprised when I liked the wings. There's something so anime about wings on any character, but I feel like you've kept them in the same style as the rest of the armor well. I read on your previous sketch that you were going for more of a mecha/exoskeleton design...I know you're working on the final model all ready, but have you seen his suits for Ultimates and House of M?

thanks bro, it's not the pat lee hse o m but it's Adi Granovs' and Micheal Ryans' version of the ironman.. tryin to present it in the way how japanese do mecha armour finishes. you know with those tiny decals on the edges of the armour plates.
felt ironman was really presented in that way.. so giving it a shot haha

Now is pretty much lao period but i'm helpin out in some armour history project. haha casting yeah thot of that.. dunno if Mr C free for that man.. i'm painting it too, already prepared some color schemes and bought paints liao

now I'm just going to give my dumb opinion.
maybe you give his suit a more skin feel to it. letting it exist more out of one piece. I'm not saying you should dump all your kickass details. but more like all his parts are melted together like he fell into a big lava-bathtub.
But you would never make good art if you listen to dumbfucks like me. ^^

Cool stuff man, it sure is a unqiue look to iron man since your design has a more grounded feel. Like the way you designed him to have a bigger base/lower limb cause Ironman has been in my impression a rather top heavy character. His looking very sleek, more athletic. Maybe you could try some Nike or high tech speed designs on the foot, add more sleekness to it. Looking forward for more dude!

Yo dude... If you wanna use the one with the wings, might I suggest making them (a) bigger, or (b) with jet-pack elements. 👍: 0 ⏩: 1
The pose is great, but I'm wondering if two hands pointing in the same direction might make the model seem "cramped". The wings help to create more space to counter that though. My suggestion would be to perhaps open up his right arm slightly.
If you do manage to sculpt this succesfully, please make a garage kit! I'll definitely buy one from you.
