Plus, they're going to use this to lead into Justice League hopefully.

Of course they are. It's the only way. I have no idea how they're gonna get Green Lantern in there. Are they really gonna go forward with Reynolds Hal Jordan? Many questions, few answers.

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to TheNeonSalmon [2013-09-07 11:45:14 +0000 UTC]

I was actually thinking about Reynolds returning as Green Lantern when I was making a Justice League poster. Β I came to the conclusion he most likely won't because Green Lantern was a box office bomb, and Warner Bros usually like to forget those, so they may either replace him or go with John Stewart. That being said, if I had to replace him, then I'd get Josh Duhamel for Hal or Idris Elba as John Stewart.Β

TheNeonSalmon In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2013-09-07 23:18:02 +0000 UTC]

Yeah Idris Elba would be phenomenal! That's what the fans say usually. I had no idea you made fan posters and all that kinda stuff.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to TheNeonSalmon [2013-09-08 12:38:34 +0000 UTC]

He's a fan favorite, and it's not hard to see why, and not to mention he wants a big super hero role and this would be a good chance for that. I thought Michael Jai White would be good, but he was already in Dark Knight, and that's ended, so I would think it'd be confusing seeing him in Justice League. As for posters, yeah, I've been making those for a while now. For the Justice League poster I mentioned, here's who I have cast in it:

Henry Cavill-Superman

Ben Affleck-Batman

Hayley Atwell-Wonder Woman

Josh Duhamel-Green Lantern

Chris Pine-The Flash

Phillip Winchester-Aquaman

and

Doug Jones-Martian Manhunter. He'd be played by Jones physically, but voiced by either Laurence Fishburne or Benedict Cumberbatch.

I'll have to check some of your stuff out then and I will. You have my word.

Out of curiosity, which Flash would that be? Barry Allen? Wally West?

DC really has the potential to get like 10 films or more out of this whole thing.
There is potential for some serious good. Somewhere down the line they could even get to a young justice movie.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to TheNeonSalmon [2013-09-09 23:34:27 +0000 UTC]

t's For Flash, I went with Barry, just because it seems like the logical choice for the first JL film. As for a Young Justice movie, we can hope, but it seems unlikely since the show got canned and they can't even get Teen Titans off the ground.

Yep. It just saddens me that they cancelled such a great show and look what we got in it's place: a mediocre reboot of Teen Titans.

TheNeonSalmon In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2013-09-13 02:02:42 +0000 UTC]

I only saw a few seconds of that show and my goodness it is awful. It's barely a connected show. It's just like a bunch of gags and lame attempts at humor.

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to TheNeonSalmon [2013-09-14 03:39:31 +0000 UTC]

My thoughts exactly. If Teen Titans gets made into a movie, I hope they don't use that for inspiration.

Let's hope not. Besides, they'll make Justice League first, so it'll be a while before that comes out.

Keaton's is much more the traditional 'comic book' suit, while Bale's seems much more like functional armour!

Looks good mate. Small crit...
I'd say tweak Keatons pants/upperleg area. Also Bale looks damn near solid, but his torso alinement doesn't quite match up with his head and lower half. Maybe push the center line of his pecks a tad towards the left (his right), and rework the abdominal.
I do like the slight sense of foreshortening to give it a good dynamic to a standard 3Q view. Good stuff man. Hopefully we will also see the Adam West version ey

Well, it looks better bud. The torso on bale is still facing a little to much. What I meant by Keaton's legs, mainly the upper half pops with so much form, I'd just like to see a little more of that in the legs. None the less, good shizzle.

ADAM WEST

kindof, more so, his usual general physigue, from the old/new movies, to the cartoons...

AlphaRaptor2k6 In reply to PunkandaHalf [2008-08-11 00:19:01 +0000 UTC]

Keaton didn't have that sort of bod for the movie, it was all "in the suit" so to speak, kinda the reason you never see Keaton without a shirt/"working out" in his two films. And if you thought Bale was tall compared to Keaton, try Kilmer's batman who need to be looked down to by the leading lady.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 2

TheNeonSalmon In reply to AlphaRaptor2k6 [2013-08-23 07:57:19 +0000 UTC]

We do see Keaton without a shirt! In Batman 1989. Vicki Vale wakes up and sees him working out upside down. Keaton's back is all muscle.
Keaton was in good shape. He's just a average sized guy though at 5'10Β  and 168 pounds but he was all muscle.

Christian Bale is only 6 feet tall and was about 190 pounds in The Dark Knight.
