a piplup cursorhow to instal:
1. save the cursor in the map CURSORS in WINDOWS
2. open controll panel
3. click mouse and go to pointers
4. click on the cursor you want to costumize (for example, click on normal select)
5. click costumize and pick your awesome cursor.
6. DONE!

I can't save it. Everytime I try it says:
You don't have permission to save in this location.
Contact the administrator to obtain permission.

then you probably don't have administrator privileges on your account. you should try to save it there with a different account.

Still won't work... I went on the computer's main user and it still says the same thing. And even my user is an administrator.

that's odd... try saving it to your desktop and then moving it into the specified folder
