Just a small critique, but the lips seem very underdeveloped. Just having the lips be represented by a simple line detracts from the believability of your character. You could probably get away with it with a less rendered drawing, but considering how close this is to realistic rendering, the lips here give off a very uncanny vibe.

I like to mix animeish and realistic styles together, so I don't see any problem.

Well if I can shed some of my own perspective one more time, the problem in this specific piece is that the line itself is very blurred and very(for lack of a better term)linear. If I were to compare the execution of this specific detail to another piece:
Id say this piece gets it slightly better because the line that represents the mouth is very crisp and easy to see, and it is at least slightly curved to give off a better sense of emotion and believability, and it lends better to this mix of styles that you are trying to go for.
In the piece that I critiqued, the line is just plain straight without any curve, so the believability of the expression is lost(even with something that isnt supposed to be straight up realism). The mouth also seems to have been hit very hard with a blur tool, and it gives off this very weird effect that doesnt look intentional and makes it look uncanny.
But if you dont see an issue with the detail, then by all means ignore my two cents on the matter.

True. I was scrolling through the comments to see if anyone else had found it slightly off. The lighting and details are so realistic that I can't help but think she's wearing some sort of mask.
