Hi,
The copyright notice is just the top most "Layer" when you open the PSD. Just click the "eye" on that layer to remove it.

Hi and Thanks! Yes, you can use it for your business. You are limited to 1500 printings, after that you will need to purchase a commercial license from me.

Hi, I tryed to do it and when I printed it it was not like in the picture, it was very dark. Maybe i'm doing it something wrong...do i need a special paper or something ? Please help!

Sorry that it isn't printing like you need it to. First thing to check is that you are not converting it to RGB before you print it. This template is CMYK and if you save it as a JPG it will print very dark. You will need to make sure your printer is set to print CMYK and don't save a JPG. I hope that solves your problem.
