I really like this design. The color choices are great, and I think you've struck a balance with your use of light and shadows.
If you're open to a really minor suggestion (and this is really just nitpicking), I might offer that I feel something about the overall size and button you used to represent the active page state in the navigation is just a little off - I'm not sure it fits well. I'm honestly not sure how I'd go about representing it myself as I find navigation to be one of the hardest elements to design, but I'm just saying that to my eyes, something about it just seems a little disproportional and I'd be open to new ways to design it. This might just be a personal preference, however and it may flow very well for you and what you intended for the design. I might also suggest reducing the spacing between the links, but I think the height of the overall navigation bar is good.
Aside from that, I think everything else is really perfect. I especially love the pagination buttons you've used for the feature carousel, and I think your font choices are great. Overall, I'd say well done.
