Take a geek. Add omnipotence. What do you get? A geek that's omnipotent. Risk is a member of a six-person group of immortal, reality-warping aliens and humanoids that have chosen to hide themselves away from the universe at large, travelling the stars and crossing realities to keep from being found. What do they do with all that time? Why, play games, of course!

"Risk" isn't her real name; that has been lost to time. Each person is considered an expert with a specific type of game, although occasionally they may overlap; Risk specializes in board/tabletop games (Checkers, Heroscape, Double Trouble, etc.), hence her self-assigned moniker. Gaming is effectively all the Game Masters (no relation to Captain N) do with their waking hours, and they love every minute of it.

Risk keeps her power set stored within assorted dice that she can spawn, dismiss and recreate at will; the results of the die rolls reflect what can appear on the physical plane. Like the rest of the group, though, she chooses not to use her powers for overly selfish gains; after all, a geek with omnipotence is still just a geek.
