it starts pretty bland but it gets a weird vibe of watching Dallas/Lady Chatterly/Charmed/Buffy/FrightNight/whatever vampire movie - it's really a corny mix, great south US drama/comedy and like every character turns out to be douchebad assholes. Even the fairies. It's great!
