Funny thing, Grunt is no longer a complete idiot. Ever since the unfourtunate "Raht Bastardian Fiasco" in which my co writer and I are no longer friends, I've taken the series under my own wing. Grunt is actually HIGHLY intelligent now, as well as his bride Pyrella. They still hate each other, but thier hate is equivalent to Love in our world. Pyrella and Grunt both run Transfatylvania together. In fact some of the more brutal policies come from Pyrella herself! Also Grunt's official purpose is to kill all the Stupid people (real AND fictional) in the world. But since Grunt is an evil Genius responsible for the worlds most evil atrocities, Its not an impossible task.

Sakura is a broken bird from the DPRK who has a split personality, one is that of a kind, eccentric and elegant monarch and the other is her old nihilistic, ruthless and cold assassin one she got from being the top bodyguard/assassin/special forces-paratroop since the age of 6 (She was ordered to kill her own parents by the Kims when she was 8 under false identities and has been through the War in Afghanistan and the one with FARC as well as the one in Kuwait). Morality wise Sakura is light-grey, somewhat corrupt but principled; she's described as, "An approachable, elegant and gentle woman who with a quite voice can have her ninjas cut you into bits."
Angelica is now the sort of straight man of WIDOw (Renamed West Indies Defensive Organisation), she prefers to stay in her own corner and read a book whilst the other two leaders dick each other out (Usually Martha starts it). She's a very miserable and tormented woman who has adopted an apathetic, nihilistic, pragmatic and functionalist world view from her travels around the world when she was younger and after the death of her mother from her birth, she says "It's genetic for my family to be miserable, if it wasn't for our duty to run our land we would've committed suicide a long time ago.". She's grey in the morality scale and takes her inspiration from Machiavelli, she uses her ruthlessness sparingly to remind people that she's in charge.
Martha didn't change much, in fact I've made her much, much worse. She thinks of humans as her property and herself as the Goddess, running a totalitarian-Nazi-slave plantation-Borg styled society based on Nazi Germany, North Korea and 1984 (But a profitable, prosperous one that has contributed a lot to science and the arts). Martha was abused by a pedophilic father and an horribly neglectful mother and found solace in the words of her grandmother Agatha, an aging SS commandant who would do despicable acts in the camp she ran during the war (Such as making a couple have a baby and then immediately killing the baby in front of them and having them flogged for having it in the first place). Her contacts allow her regime to stay profitable and she has learned a great deal from history so that she doesn't repeat the same mistakes her fellow despots made. She will openly fuck with anyone and her family has brainwashed their people so much that they literally see them as their gods that can do no wrong and therefore must be worshiped and attribute the punishments as just for the "Sins" that they've been attributed to. She's a very dark black on the morality scale; Martha utterly loves to torture people sexually, physically, psychologically and mentally. Each generation of her family has made that concept worse and worse, Martha's just the 21st century incarnation of that legacy.
Three women, battered, bruised and tormented from their past; one has decided to make a new life from the rags of her old one, the other one has given up just like her dynasty did and decided to spend her life alone with her daughters just running her place and not giving too much into the eye and the final has fully embraced the darkness and has become worse then her predecessors, prompting them to feel proud of her when she overthrew them in a coup and had them brutally tortured and publicly executed.
