I'unno, had this idea stuck in my mind for a while now. XP

And to show my interest in South Park hasn't died- Just having a lack of inspiration/ideas for drawings. But who knows, maybe I'll start getting ideas for drawings again, so.. I decided to do this as Rita as a teenager 'cause its fine to see kids enjoying a lollipop, yet, if a teen does the same.. Would someone just assume they're actually smoking or something? XD I'unno, again, just some random idea that came to mind. Anyways, enjoy~
