Her arm looks broken, she has no thumb in the upper right one, considering the waistline and the neck and the probable it is impossible to get out and in that dress without cutting it open, her rib cage has a very deformed shape, that's not how spoons work, her neck is not a neck, she has no wrist (or any other form of hand anatomy) and well, yeah, her eyes.

[link] >Rib cages are sort of round. While a normal rib cage would be pointing upwards (^) yours appears to point downwards (V). Other than that, the chest's flesh around the ribs makes the body sort of straight [link] , to get a really thin waist like hers (which does not appear to support space for vital organs) one would need to first develop some curves and namely larger hips, which make the visual effect of being thin on the waistline. Seeing as she appears underage (being flat and all) I do not think she would have such hips or womanly curves in any other way, nor a grown chest due to frequent workouts (a chest may be bigger due to muscles also visually suggesting a thinner waist, but this is mainly for men). Neck: [link] Necks are actually a lot thicker than usually portrayed. They will be slightly thicker than the span of one's mouth, but thinner than the actual jawline. As for the dress: It needs an opening. She has to wash her clothes sometimes, right? An opening at the front is possible [link] , but I think you'd prefer [link] this kind of opening because it lets you keep the nice collar. She'll need this because if that dress is silk, or actually anything without elastan, she cannot worm her head through /that/ neck opening.
