Here's a Custom 12 inch Nightwing figure I made a few years back.Recipe:
I used the unmasked batman movie figure,
modified the hair, added a mask, modified the costume and made 2 batons for him.
I also made a new logo for the base. He came out pretty cool and reminds me of the new nightwing concepts for the dark knight movie.
