Description
This is a vision of an hypothetical Luftwaffe assault airplane propelled by an unconventional formula: a rear propelled moved by ramjets in his tips. No torque and a very powerful pushing effect in a very simple aircraft. Nearly all internal space can be devoted to fuel and armament... and a simple cartridge starting device.Better idea for an interceptor rather than a strike warplane, but I cannot resist the idea of hanging such heavy bombs from the wings hardpoints!
Created for an imaginary 1946 WWII scenario.

Hell, Hitler had issues with not sticking bombs on his interceptors, so really this is entirely plausible.

I think so... I would have to look that up. I've a book called "the World's Strangest Aircraft" which I certainly get a lot of inspiration from. Saw the chopper in there.

la imagen es simplemente perfecta, y el concepto es practico para misiones de intercepción de bombarderos, no es si no reemplazar las bombas por lanzacohetes y listo... en mi opinion!

Ten por seguro que lo haré en el próximo render de este modelo. Pienso que puede ser como el Me-163 Komet de 1943 pero más simplificado, con mayor alcance, mayor carga útil pero de menor velocidad punta (para apuntar con más tiempo los cañones de 30mm).
