Bluekit was born along her sisters, Willowkit and Powderkit, for Shadestream and Ashcloud in New Leaf. **WIP**

Bluekit looked at him in surprise and then tilted her head "Why? It's not even late yet!" As she rose on her paws and was about to go forward, she felt how someone stepped on her tail. "Not even ate yet?" Bluekit froze as she regonized the voice. She didn't even dare to face her mother.

"Did you forget about me ?" Smokekit's eyes widened at the sound of his father's voice. Smokekit cleared his throat quietly, and slowly turned his head, only to cower to the ground. Swiftpelt said nothing and shook his head, eyes full of disapproval.

"Let's go back to the camp" Shadestream took Bluekit by her scruf and nodded for Swiftpelt a signal for return. Padding back to the camp she said nothing, only her white-tipped tail was twitching.

Swiftpelt grabbed his son by the scruff of his neck and said nothing as he padded next to his clanmate. His ears and tail tip were both twitching irritably.

As they approached the nursery Shadestream let Bluekit down. Feeling the ground underneath her again she spun around to face her mother. Shadestream gave her a long look through her narrowed eyes. "What were you thinking?!" she demanded. Bluekit gave a helpless look at Smokekit, but Shadestream pushed her gaze away.

Smokekit scrambled from under his father's intense gaze. He shuffled his paws nervously, and looked away. Swiftpelt's sharp voice cut in. "Smokekit, look at me." He demanded. Slowly, Smokekit turned his head to the angry black and white tom and flinched when he saw how angry he was. "What in StarClan's name is the matter with you?! Do you even realize the danger you put yourselves in?!" He exclaimed. He was talking to both kits, but kept his gaze on his son.

"But we---" Bluekit tried to mew but Shadestream cut her off. "It was stupid trick! From both of you! As Swiftpelt said, it's dangerous out there!" Shadestream sighed and nearly shivered by the thought what would've happened for the kits, if other cat or even worse - a badger - would've found them.

Swiftpelt tried his best to keep calm. It wasn't so much that he was angry, but more terrified. He was horrified for his kit and also angry at him for leaving the camp. He sighed and shook his head. "Your mother and I have been worried sick! " He fretted. "When she couldn't find you, she, your siblings, and I all scowered the camp, looking for you!" Swiftpelt exclaimed. He felt a wave of bitter satisfaction when he saw his son becoming the slightest bit guilty.

Bluekit felt pang of sympathy for her company and then she gave a look at Shadestream. "We're sorry..." she mewed and saw how Shadestream narrowed her eyes. "You should be." Sighing she added. "Maybe you and Smokekit shouldn't be left by yourselves. What'd you two do next" she thought aloud and then pushed Bluekit forward with her paw. "Nap time" she ordered.

Swiftpelt narrowed his eyes at Smokekit. "And, as for you " He said sternly. "You still need to be groomed by your mother. But, of course, you just had to escape." Swiftpelt then nudged his son in the direction of the nursery and flicked Shadestream's shoulder with his tail. "See ya later." He sighed.

"See you" Shadestream mewed back and leaded Bluekit along her sisters.
