YES! I told you I have Glaceon form, so why I wouldn't put it up~
She's Frost, maybe my the bitchiest character/OC I have
This is her as chibi ^^Her desing is quite...well...Donno
You can think of it~ Notice that she has two of those "back markings" like normal Glaceons, but I couldn't fit that another in her...Also her green is cold; VERY pale/light, a bit bluish green
