Over the holidays I took a few days to take a break from making things I normally make and made some hoops. This is my tiny little Gengar hoop. Look a quarter for size reference, he is so tiny XD. I stitched the black eye detail, mouth detail, and the lines dividing his hands from his body all by hand. It took awhile but I am happy with it.
I wanted to post this early but I woke up with a terrrrrible headache, what a way to start the new year. No idea why I had it either. I did go to a party last night but I don't drink so the whole thing seems odd to me. But after a good number of pain killers I seem to have it under control.
I used this pattern fabric in the background because I liked how the spirali-ness (I am declaring that word!) went with him being a ghost. I also figure the white spots could be more spooky lights.
I haven't decided if I will sell things like this. What do you all think? Would this be something you all wanted? I would likely paint the small black details if I did sell it, stitching them takes too much time. One like this would likely be around $12. Thoughts?
Any other pokemon you want to see in felt hoop form?

Phantump would be a good one. There are just too many pokemon to choose from so I am just going to well, go with the flow and what I feel like at the time

Ah, I have been asking everyone and it has basically come down to "make them all" haha, I might be making this for awhile. I just finished a set of eevees last night and now I need to buy more tiny hoops.

Thanks! That is a very good point. I get told people want things all the time and then money actually comes up. It is always hard to get a feel for how something would do so I thank you for your complete honestly. It does help more than just people wanting things.

Thank you! Gengar is rather simple so he wouldn't cost a lot. The size also helps, there isn't a very large material cost with one this small. I will be posting some more (non pokemon in the immediate future at least) that are much more complex.

Hmm, there are way too many pokemon that would look fabulous like this... if your still feeling ghostly, Duskull or trevenant might be good, but not too similar to gengar

I use very large googly eyes on my Weepingbell hat. It makes the hat, and the pupils move around as you walk so it is all kinds of hilarious to wear.
