Winter WonderlandAce galloped across the paddock loving the feeling of the cold morning air.  He shook the frost off of his coat, knowing that more would soon appear there.  The stallion loved the winter time and was sad to see that it would soon be leaving again, but today he would have some fun in the cold.
In the paddock there was a small hill that gave a better vantage point of the whole paddock.  Ace headed for that hill and stood at the top to survey his surroundings.  He was alone in the paddock, so no one would complain if he continued his bit of winter fun.  Using his powers of ice Ace commanded a cloud above to fill with cold moisture.  After a moment the cloud grew to be large and dark grey, it looked as though it may burst.  Then it did burst, snow began to fall quickly, covering the ground wherever it touched down.
Ace watched the white flurries with a smile spread wide on his face.  It was like a wintery paradise forming all around him.  As qui  Fire and IceAce looked around the paddock in a panic, there was smoke hanging in the air everywhere and he couldn’t tell which was the way out.  In a flurry of movement Ace clumsily galloped to what he believed was a part of the fence.  He had always been a fairly athletic fellow and fancied that he could just jump the fence.  Where he would go after that was not yet in his plan, but for the moment he just knew he wanted out of the paddock and away from the smoke.  As he made a beeline for the fence he was able to see more clearly what he was approaching and it wasn’t a fence at all.  It was another horse, but that couldn’t be, he had been let into the paddock alone.
Charity heard the sound of hooves over the crackling flames and turned to see who was coming.  It was a strange looking stallion with fins and a tail like a fish, his coat white like fresh snow, like the snow she had melted only moments ago.  “Who goes there?” She said a
