Just look up knowyourmeme if you get lost on things, tends to be on point for this kinda stuff. First Twitter user to redraw this particular image dates back to July 2019, then again in October and that one had the hashtag thats being used. Apparently it got a certain word of mouth about a 2 weeks ago in japan, now its blowing up. I just caught onto it late Saturday night.
