I like the usage of the colours here.
Very bright and colourfull.
Also I like the expressionistic style.
The only things I would change is the little darker spot on the left side of the picture and Pinkie's cutie mark. The curls of the balloon strings look ugly when they form a circle. They give me the impression that the balloons are upside down.
